Actress Mithila Palkar conducted a guest lecture at Actor Prepares. A dynamic performer, know for her characters in the hit TV series Girl in the City and Netflix’s Little Things. She made her acting debut in the 2014 Marathi sort film Majha Honeymoon, which was showcased at the 16th Mumbai International Film Festival. Mithila was awarded as the Best Actress in Comedy series for Little Things at Filmfare OTT Awards and many more.
Mithila interacted with aspiring actors at Actor Prepares sharing her journey & experience in the field. Her philosophy of ‘no discount for hard work’ struck a chord amongst the students making her a true millennial actress. Mithila motivated and guided the students by sharing some insights about her methodology, the difference in performance between stage and camera, the various roles she has essayed, the challenges that came with and how she overcame them.
