ADMINISTRATIVE GUIDELINES

Our Acting workshops are physically and mentally intensive. It is the responsibility of the participant to maintain such physical and mental form to be able to take part in the studio activities.
All our courses accepts fresher’s. Those with NO prior acting or writing experience can apply for any of our courses.
Fees once paid, is nonrefundable or transferable under any circumstances.
Diploma’s/ Certificates for all courses will be awarded to only those students with 75% and above attendance.
No makeup classes will be provided.
Please note that all applicants 18 years of age and below will need to submit a Parent Consent Letter.
Please note that admission to any course at Actor Prepares is based on applicant information received during the admission process. If, however, the information submitted by a student is found to be wrong or faulty, the institute reserves the right to cancel that particular admission and any fees paid by that applicant will be non-refundable.
Management policy changes, course dates and schedule are subject to change as per management discretion and will be communicated accordingly and will be final and binding.
We need a minimum of 10 students to run a batch without which the batch can be cancelled without prior notice. In the case of such a cancellation, the fees will be refunded.
No Parking available at the venue.
The institute will not be responsible for any loss or theft of any valuables on premises.
Costumes and props will not be provided by us and is not included in the course fees.
Lunch and Breakfast is provided only to students in the Diploma Programme on full working days (8.30 am to 5 pm) only. No breakfast and lunch will be provided on half days.
All students must carry their fee receipt and ID cards for all the classes and maybe refused entry to the premises if the student fails to provide the same when requested.
The admissions for all courses are subject to seat availability.

I understand, acknowledge and agree to abide by the below Terms and Conditions for Actor Prepares (hereinafter referred to as “Institute”) prescribed for the students of the institute. I acknowledge that, the institute has the authority for taking legal action against me for non-compliance of these terms and conditions including the levy of fines and/or suspension from the institute.
For all courses that include the award of a Certification at the end of the course, I understand that 75% attendance for the course is mandatory. I also understand that if my attendance falls short, for any reason, the institute will not award me the promised Certification at the end of the course and I will also be excluded from any final performances or evaluation specific to that course. Absenteeism due to personal, medical or any other emergencies must be limited to the 25% permissible window.
I understand that the sessions are scheduled to start on as per the date and time scheduled. Being a group session, should I be late or absent for the class, I understand that the trainer can proceed with the class and will not be able to repeat the missed content and I will need to consult my classmates post that session to cover up on the missed training and that no make-up classes will be provided to me.
I will participate in any activity within or outside the institute which could disturb or harm the brand image, goodwill, peace and tranquility of the activities of the institute.
The copyright of the content, recorded audio, video and any material created with/by me and taught by the teachers, during my tenure at the institute is the property of the institute and that I will have no claims on such material. The institute is has all the rights to use such material at their discretion for marketing, branding and promotional purpose. I have read and am in agreement to the Privacy Policy of the institute.
I will not indulge in, nor encourage or support ragging, in any form. I understand that the institute has the right to take legal action, suspend or penalize me should I be reported being involved in such activities
I am not suffering from any serious/contagious ailment and/or any psychiatric / psychological disorder and I have consulted an authorized doctor/hospital and have their approval to participate in all physical, mental and emotional activities conducted during the course of the institute. Actor Prepares will not assume responsibility of any physical, emotional or mental damage to student. I also understand that Actor Prepares can facilitate the contact with external medical resources, but it is not the institutes responsibility to acquire/arrange these services for me. The students must insure themselves to cover any medical costs in the event of illness or accident. The school does not accept any liability in this regard.
My admission may be cancelled if I am found ineligible and/or the information provided by me is found to be incorrect or falsified.
I understand and agree the fees paid to register my admission for the course is non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-transferable to another person under any circumstances.
I understand that delayed fee payments and bounced cheques will be my responsibility and the institute is within its rights to fine and/or suspend from the programme and I agree to abide to the same. Tuition fee and other dues shall be paid by due date failing which there will be a penalty of Rs. 500 per day of day upto a maximum of 3 days. Any delays beyond this will result in me not being allowed to attend classes till the payment of the principle fee and the accrued Rs 500 per day fine.
Consumption of alcohol and narcotics, drugs, smoking, chewing gum, chewing of pan-masala and such activities are strictly prohibited in campus. Anyone suspected of such a breach will be expelled from the institute and reported to the law and order authorities.
I understand that my mobiles and communication devices, will be switched off in the institute premises. Students violating this rule will have their phones confiscated and will be returned after the payment of a penalty fee of Rs. 500/-.
I understand and agree to be dressed appropriately and decently while on premises.
I will keep myself up-to-date of the activities of the Institute and abide by all communications put up on the notice board / website.
Disrespect or discourtesy to guests, faculty and office staff on or outside premises will be considered as an act of indiscipline and I can be expelled from the programme and fined for indulging in the same.
I am expected to take responsibility of my personal belongings on premises. The institute will not accept any liability for any loss.
17. If I am an international student, I am responsible for procuring the appropriate visa and completing the necessary government formalities for undertaking the courses at Actor Prepares.
18. I hereby take full and sole responsibility for loss or damage to the institute property because of me and agree to compensate the institute for the losses.
19. I understand that the rules of the Institute can be altered / changed by the management at appropriate times keeping in view the best interest of students and the institute. It will be my responsibility to stay updated of these changes.
Anyone found indulging sexual harassment or in ragging in any form within or outside the campus, shall be instantly expelled from the Institute and reported to the appropriate authorities. Please inquire with the management for the contact of POSCO representative at the institute.
Views and opinions expressed by students, artists, teachers and performers either actively engaged with the institute, or have moved on from the institute, in course of their training, performance, or on their social media channels, or any third party channels and platforms, online or offline or otherwise, are solely their own and neither do they represent those of Actor Prepares nor are they endorsed in any manner by Actor Prepares.
Students at all times remain fully and solely liable and responsible for their actions, expressions and/or views. Actor Prepares will not be responsible for their actions, expressions and/or views, and any claims, damages, outrage arising due to the comments, pictures or videos posted by the students, artists, performers on their personal / professional channels.
Additionally, Actor Prepares shall not be held liable or responsible for any violation of intellectual property rights that may arise out of student or artists performance.

After having read the above waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of my willing registration participation in the course, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE, RELEASE, AND CONVENANT NOT TO SUE Actor Prepares, its trainers, its officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, actions, or claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the courses and in Actor Prepares’ activities, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted.

I, hereby, declare that, the entries made by me in the Application Form submitted to the Institute are complete and true and based on records and undertake to present the original documents immediately upon demand by the concerned authorities of the Institute.
I, hereby, promise to abide by the admissible rules and regulations, concerning discipline, attendance, etc. of the Institute, and also to follow the Code of Conduct prescribed for the Students of the Institute, as in force from time to time and subsequent changes/modifications/amendment made thereto. I acknowledge that, the Institute has the authority for taking punitive actions against me for violation and/or non-compliance of the same.
I understand that, 75% attendance in classes is compulsory and I commit myself to adhere to the same. I also understand, in case my attendance falls short, for any reason, the Institute may take such action as may be deemed fit and proper.
I, hereby declare that, I will neither join in any coercive agitation/strike for the purpose of forcing the authorities of the Institute to solve any problem, nor I will participate in any activity within or outside the Institute which has a tendency to disturb the image, goodwill, peace and tranquility of life of the Institute campus and/or its premises.
I, hereby declare that, the copyright of the content, recorded audio, video and any material created with/by me during my tenure at the institute will be the property of the institute and that I will have no claims on such material.
I, hereby declare that, both I will not indulge in, nor tolerate ragging, in any form, even in words or intentions. I shall be solely responsible for my involvement in any kind of undesirable / in disciplinary activities outside the campus, and shall be liable for punishment as per the law of the land. I further understand that, the Institute shall in no way provide any support to me and will not be held responsible for my any such action.

As the selection is limited to a fixed number of applicants, no requests for refund of fees for the programme will be accepted.
I, Hereby, promise to not consume alcohol or drugs before the class or during the class hours. If found guilty, my admission can be terminated.

Fee/Refund/Transfer policy

Tuition fee and other dues for Diploma in Acting Course shall be paid by due date failing which there will be a penalty of Rs 500 per day up to a maximum of 3 days. Any delays beyond this will result in the student not being allowed to attend classes till the simultaneous payment of the principal fee and the accrued Rs 500 per day fine from the date of nonpayment of fee on due date.
All the payments are to be paid via Bank Transfer/card/Cash only.
We do not accept any kind of Cheque & Card Payment.
Any fee paid towards securing the seat is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstance.
All the balance payment are to be paid 7 days prior to the class start date using the same mode of transfer. If you fail to do so by the above-mentioned time, we will assume that you are no longer interested in continuing the course and your admission will be cancelled and no refund or transfer of the fees will be accepted.

Covid Declaration

I understand the aforementioned COVID-19 symptoms.
I affirm that neither I, nor any member of my household, currently has or has experienced the aforementioned symptoms within the past 14 days. Furthermore, I will immediately inform Actor Prepares Institute and discontinue classes if I, or any member of my household, develops any of the aforementioned symptoms
.I affirm that neither I, nor any member of my household, has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days. Furthermore, I will immediately inform Institute and discontinue classes if I, or any member of my household, is diagnosed with COVID-19.
I affirm that neither I, nor any member of my household, has knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days. Furthermore, I will immediately inform the Institute and discontinue classes if I, or any member of my household, is knowingly exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19.
I affirm that neither I, nor any member of my household, has travelled outside of the country or to any city considered to be a "hot spot" for COVID-19 infections within the past 30 days. Furthermore, I will immediately inform the Institute and discontinue classes once I, or any member of my household, returns from traveling outside of the country or to any city considered to be a "hot spot" for COVID-19 infections.
I understand that the Institute cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by any misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each Student.
I will be adhering to the following enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
- Allow the institute to check the temperature before entering the premises to ensure it is below 38.0°C.
- Wear a face mask at all times within the building and within the studio.
- Maintain a safe distance from others at all times.
- Use the hand sanitizer before entering and while exiting the studio.
- Carry their own bottle or cup for drinking water.

Fee/Refund/Transfer policy

Tuition fee and other dues for Diploma in Acting Course shall be paid by due date failing which there will be a penalty of Rs 500 per day up to a maximum of 3 days. Any delays beyond this will result in the student not being allowed to attend classes till the simultaneous payment of the principal fee and the accrued Rs 500 per day fine from the date of non-payment of fee on due date.
All the payments are to be paid via Bank Transfer/UPI/Cash only.
We do not accept any kind of Cheque & Card Payment.
Any fee paid towards securing the seat is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstance.
All the balance payment are to be paid 7 days prior to the class start date using the same mode of transfer. If you fail to do so by the above-mentioned time, we will assume that you are no longer interested in continuing the course and your admission will be cancelled and no refund or transfer of the fees will be accepted.

Covid Declaration

I affirm that neither I, nor any member of my household, currently has or has experienced the aforementioned symptoms within the past 14 days. Furthermore, I will immediately inform Actor Prepares Institute and discontinue classes if I, or any member of my household, develops any of the aforementioned symptoms

Furthermore, I will immediately inform the Institute and discontinue classes if I, or any member of my household, is knowingly exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19.
I affirm that neither I, nor any member of my household, has travelled outside of the country or to any city considered to be a "hot spot" for COVID-19 infections within the past 30 days. Furthermore, I will immediately inform the Institute and discontinue classes once I, or any member of my household, returns from traveling outside of the country or to any city considered to be a "hot spot" for COVID-19 infections.
I understand that the Institute cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by any misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each Student.

Tuition fee and other dues for Diploma in Acting Course shall be paid by due date failing which there will be a penalty of Rs 500 per day up to a maximum of 3 days. Any delays beyond this will result in the student not being allowed to attend classes till the simultaneous payment of the principal fee and the accrued Rs 500 per day fine from the date of non-payment of fee on due date.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility: This summer camp is open to children aged between 10-14 years old.
Enrolment: To enrol your child in the summer camp, you must complete the online registration form and submit payment in full.
Health and Safety: The health and safety of our participants is our top priority. By enrolling your child in the summer camp, you acknowledge and agree that they are physically and emotionally fit to participate in the activities. We reserve the right to request medical clearance from a doctor. The sessions are conducted in an closed air conditioned rooms, so please make sure the child is carrying the essentials as per their requirement.
Code of Conduct: All participants must follow our code of conduct. This includes showing respect for instructors and fellow participants, refraining from any behaviour that could harm themselves or others, and refraining from any behaviour that could damage the facilities or equipment. The Participants must wear comfortable clothes as the workshops need them to be free and flexible, and not restricted by the clothing or accessories.
Participation in Activities: Participants are expected to participate fully in all activities during the summer camp and attend all the sessions enrolled for. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program or not providing the certification. And refund will not be given for the said circumstances.
Supervision: All participants will be under the supervision of our trained instructors during the summer camp. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives and departs from the program on time.
Photography and Filming: We may take photographs or film footage of the participants during the summer camp for promotional purposes. By enrolling your child in the summer camp, you consent to the use of these photographs or footage.
Liability: Safety of the children is our utmost priority, however our institute and its staff will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by a participant during the summer camp. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is educated to take care of themselves and their valuables, and also to make sure the child is covered by adequate insurance.
Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the summer camp if minimum enrolment is not met. In the event of cancellation, all fees will be refunded in full.

Fee/Refund/Transfer policy

The entire fee towards the workshop should be paid during the enrolment. No instalments policy available.
Refunds will not be issued for any reason after the start of the summer camp.
All the payments are to be paid via Bank Transfer/UPI/Cash only.
We do not accept any kind of Cheque & Card Payment.
Any fee paid towards securing the seat is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstance.

Covid Declaration

I understand the aforementioned COVID-19 symptoms.
I affirm that neither I, nor any member of my household, currently has or has experienced the aforementioned symptoms within the past 14 days. Furthermore, I will immediately inform Actor Prepares Institute and discontinue classes if I, or any member of my household, develops any of the aforementioned symptoms.
I affirm that neither I, nor any member of my household, has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days. Furthermore, I will immediately inform Institute and discontinue classes if I, or any member of my household, is diagnosed with COVID-19.
I affirm that neither I, nor any member of my household, has knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days. Furthermore, I will immediately inform the Institute and discontinue classes if I, or any member of my household, is knowingly exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19.
I affirm that neither I, nor any member of my household, has travelled outside of the country or to any city considered to be a "hot spot" for COVID-19 infections within the past 30 days. Furthermore, I will immediately inform the Institute and discontinue classes once I, or any member of my household, returns from traveling outside of the country or to any city considered to be a "hot spot" for COVID-19 infections.
I understand that the Institute cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by any misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each Student.
I will be adhering to the following enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
- Allow the institute to check the temperature before entering the premises to ensure it is below 38.0°C.
- Wear a face mask at all times within the building and within the studio.
- Maintain a safe distance from others at all times.
- Use the hand sanitizer before entering and while exiting the studio.
- Carry their own bottle or cup for drinking water.
