The Actor’s Vocal Masterclass will give its students immense clarity on how to develop their own Vocal Routine that will enable a strong foundation in their vocal capability as an artist.

OUR VOICE FOUNDATIONAL SESSION BREAKDOWN

Session 1: The Performers Breath

  • Learn about a Neurogenetic physical warm-up for your body & voice
  • Learn the right way of engaging your entire body as an instrument with your breath and eventually your voice.

Session 2: Find your “Sa” and strengthen it.

  • Introduction to breath technique, vocal rests, and vocal warm-ups
  • learn how to project “Sa” correctly
  • learn how to cool down your voice

Session 3: Ear Practice

  • Introduction to Notes and Rhythms of music
  • Music Listening Session of the worlds music
  • Quiz on sessions 1 – 2 – 3

Session 4: Sa to Sa

  • Gulp Breath / Straw Breath
  • Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Da Ni Sa + Variations
  • Lip Rolls & Uh-Uh’s

Session 5: (Mah – Nah – Lah , May – Nay – Lay) & 16th Note Subdivision

  • Lips Positions
  • Letters A,B,C,D on 16th Note Subdivision in relation to scenes

Session 6: Doubts and solutions | Vocal Recovery | Meditation

  • Get answers to any doubts regarding the exercises
  • Learn how to protect your voice from harm
  • Learn about the connection between Meditation and Vocals

Session 7: The Accent-Animal-Improv Game

  • A Chit Based Game which allows a practical exercise

Session 8: The Breath Map, Mirror Technique & Dialogues on the Weakest Emotions

  • Learn about the Breath Map
  • Mirror Technique
  • With & Without movement delivery
  • Isolation of registers & the mixed voice.
  • Partner Exercises on Weakest Emotions

Session 9: Find your own Voice & Doubts about the sessions that happened before
