The Arts Club at the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai recently invited Actor Prepares to conduct an acting workshop with their students on the Techniques of Improvisation in Acting.
With films such as Chocolate, Goal, Hate Story and Buddha in a Traffic Jam under his belt, there was a sense of excitement amongst the students when Mr Vivek Agnihotri accepted our invitation to conduct an acting workshop with the Diploma batch.
The Diploma students were very excited to have Sujoy Ghosh, director of acclaimed movies such as Kahaani, Jhankaar Beats and Kahaani 2 amongst them for a Guest Lecture at Actor Prepares.
The students of the Jan – Mar ’17 Diploma Programme had their Graduation Ceremony held on the 31st March. Accompanied by their parents and friends the students were given a red carpet farewell.
The highlight of this workshop was the gratitude received from these participants. Many participants emotionally expressed their experience in the workshop and were thankful for being given a chance to re-live an age old dream of being a performer.
